Google Buys Quickoffice

Google announced this week that they have acquired Quickoffice. A popular documents app, Quickoffice has been a dominant player among the office suite apps products. This move better positions Google Docs in the mobile computing space. In addition to a robust set of editing tools for documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and texts files, Quickoffice offers extensive integration with a range of online web storage providers.
