Dioselyn MaximoA 15-year-old in Los Angeles won a $45K party from Verizon Wireless by getting her friends (and anyone else) to text in to a contest on her behalf.  It took seven teenagers approximately 12 and a half minutes to send that many texts.

Actually, it took 1.7 million people.  Way to go, Dioselyn.
