The Verizon Wireless Blitz™ is the latest handset to hit the shelves at Verizon Wireless’ largest Authorized Retailer.  It’s a slide phone with a QWERTY keyboard inside, built for folks who text a lot.  The large screen is also good for web browsing, and the stereo bluetooth capabilities make the Blitz™ a sure bet for music-lovers.  Jose Ordonez, Regional Director, said, “The Blitz™ is a great addition to our lineup of qwerty keyboard phones.”

Cellular Sales has made the 2008 Inc. 5000.  Here are the highlights of Cellular Sales’ success, as posted on the Inc.com website:

What it does:
A Verizon-authorized dealer that operates 240 retail stores nationwide.
Why it’s growing:
Each new store is started by a veteran sales associate from an already successful market. Sales representatives will visit an office or home to help a customer through the process of choosing a phone and plan.
What’s noteworthy:
CEO Dane Scism worked for the company while attending business school, then bought the whole three-branch company using his last commission check as a down payment.
